Before Your Appointment:
1. Request your appointment date and time on the calendar above.
2. After your appointment is confirmed by the clinic, you will receive an invitation to the patient portal. This link will allow you to register and complete your consent forms prior to arriving for your appointment. This ensures that your time at the clinic is spent with the provider and not filling out forms.
Arrive To Our Clinic: (You may bring a friend or family member with you if desired to help you feel more comfortable.)
1. (HRT and TRT) The initial consultation will consist of a lab draw with our technician. The in-person follow-up will be with Cherie Little, our provider, and consist of a comprehensive 1 hour review of the lab results, education on our plan moving forward, and answering any questions you may have.
2. For HRT, your initial consultation also includes a one week in-person follow-up appointment. We will then follow up monthly via telehealth or in person (your preference), modify your treatment plan as indicated, and refill your medications. All hormone plans include your prescriptions which are ordered and shipped directly to your home.
