1. Initial Office Visit is a Blood Draw Only for Labs. This is a 20 minute appointment block. We draw labs in-house and utilize those along with questionnaires to evaluate HRT or TRT treatment course of action. 

• Of note, the cost of labs is not included in our services. We DO utilize insurance for labs and will gladly send them to Quest Diagnostics on LabCorp for processing. 
• If you recently had lab work completed, we may be able to use it and recommend you bring it to your appointment.
• If you prefer to pay by cash, we can draw your blood and send it to Access Medical Labs for our discounted negotiated price.

2. Second office visit is an extended appointment with our Certified Provider, Cherie Little, and consist of a comprehensive 1 hour review of the lab results, education on our plan moving forward, and answering any questions you may have.your initial consultation also includes a one week in-person follow-up appointment. We will then follow up monthly via telehealth or in person (your preference), modify your treatment plan as indicated, and refill your medications. All hormone plans include your prescriptions which are ordered and shipped directly to your home.
