Direct Primary Care Add-On (Wellness Packages)
Direct Primary Care Model. All visits are included and will attempt same day walkins for acute/urgent needs. Includes HRT/TRT, PCP and Quick Care (UTI’s, Sinus Infection, etc) services. Direct Primary Care is different from Concierge Medicine in that we are only available during business hours.
