We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner who embodies the Xena Health philosophy. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, and hormone-related concerns
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including hormone therapy when appropriate
Educate patients thoroughly, answering questions and addressing concerns with patience and clarity
Collaborate with the Xena Health clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Stay current with best practices in hormone therapy and women’s health
Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
Strong interest in hormone therapy and menopause care
Willingness to obtain hormone/menopause-related certifications if not already certified
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Medical Assistant who is passionate about women’s health and enjoys working closely with both patients and providers. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clinical support, values patient education, and wants to grow in a specialized area of care.
This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help women feel comfortable and supported during their visits.
Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during visits
Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and chief concerns
Perform clinical tasks within scope, including injections and phlebotomy (if trained)
Perform lab draws, specimen handling, and room turnover
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and organized
Provide reassurance and basic education to patients as appropriate
Support clinic workflow and collaborate with the care team
Medical Assistant certification or equivalent training
Experience in a clinical or medical office setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, calm, and patient-centered demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in women’s health, hormone therapy, or wellness clinics
Phlebotomy and injection experience
Familiarity with EHR systems
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
