A Menopause Clinic

The transition most healthcare
still gets wrong.

Menopause is officially defined as 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period, but that clinical definition only tells part of the story. In reality, menopause is a multi-year hormonal transition that begins years earlier in perimenopause and continues reshaping a woman's health long after her last period.

Declining estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone don't just cause hot flashes. They affect the brain, cardiovascular system, bones, metabolism, sexual health, mood, and more. Most women manage these changes for 7–10 years with little to no clinical support.

Say hello to a new you: menopause care at Xena Health

Neurological & Cognitive 5 symptoms +
◦Brain fog & difficulty concentrating
◦Memory lapses
◦Anxiety & mood instability
◦Depression or low mood
◦Irritability
Sleep 3 symptoms +
◦Difficulty falling or staying asleep
◦Waking up unrefreshed

Metabolic & Physical 5 symptoms +
◦Weight gain, especially abdominal
◦Joint pain & stiffness
◦Persistent fatigue
◦Hair thinning or skin changes
◦Heart palpitations
Genitourinary & Sexual 5 symptoms +
◦Vaginal dryness or atrophy
◦Low libido
◦Painful intercourse
◦Urinary urgency or incontinence
◦Recurrent UTIs
You don't need all of these to qualify for care.

Every woman's experience is different. You may have 3 of these symptoms or 15. What matters is that something has changed and it's affecting your quality of life. That's enough.

Long-term risks of untreated estrogen deficiency
◦Accelerated bone loss and osteoporosis
◦Increased cardiovascular disease risk
◦Cognitive decline and dementia risk
◦Genitourinary syndrome (GSM) progression
◦Metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance
Evidence consistently shows that timely HRT significantly reduces these risks for most women. The "wait and see" approach has real long-term costs.
