Renewed Pelvic Floor Strength

Pelvic Floor Treatment in Henderson & Las Vegas

Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can affect your pelvic health in ways you may not expect, from bladder leaks and changes in pelvic strength to vaginal discomfort and changes in intimacy. While these concerns are common, they don’t have to be something you accept as part of getting older. Pelvic health treatments can help you feel stronger, more comfortable, and more confident in your body through menopause and beyond. We have two treatment systems for restoring pelvic strength, vaginal tissue health, and a more vibrant intimate life. Learn more about the Emsella and EmFemme 360.

The Concept

What Does "Pelvic Health" Actually Mean?

Your core is a cylinder of muscle that includes your deep abdominals, back extensors, diaphragm, and at its foundation, your pelvic floor. The entire structure works together and when one part weakens, the others compensate. Most treatments or ab exercises address just one layer. We address all of them together.

At Xena Health, our Pelvic Health program pairs the EmFemme 360 (which restores vaginal tissue tone, moisture, and sensation) with the Emsella, which delivers thousands of pelvic floor contractions in a single seated session. The result is a treatment system that conventional medicine and topical hormones cannot replicate.

The Foundation of the Floor

Emsella Treatment for Bladder Control & Pelvic Strength.

Emsella is an FDA-cleared High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM®) treatment for women experiencing stress, urge, and mixed urinary incontinence, and the loss of pelvic strength that often accompanies childbirth, midlife, and menopause. You remain fully clothed for every 28-minute session.

Core Technology

Emsella®

HIFEM® Pelvic Rehabilitation Restores The Foundation of Your Pelvic Floor

Emsella delivers focused HIFEM® energy to your entire pelvic floor simultaneously, something no Kegel exercise, physical therapy treatment plan, or surgical intervention can replicate. A single 28-minute seated session produces the equivalent of 11,000 pelvic floor muscle contractions, re-educating the neuromuscular pathways that control bladder function, core stability, and intimate sensation. You remain fully clothed throughout.

Tissue Restoration

Vaginal Rejuvenation in Henderson & Las Vegas.

EmFemme 360 is a non-hormonal, non-surgical radiofrequency treatment for the vaginal tissue changes most women experience as estrogen declines: laxity, dryness, reduced sensation, and the loss of intimate confidence. It pairs naturally with Emsella's muscular work and with hormone optimization for a complete approach.

Tissue Restoration

EmFemme 360®

Radiofrequency Vaginal Rejuvenation Restores Tone, Moisture, & Sensation

EmFemme 360 uses controlled radiofrequency energy to gently heat vaginal tissue, stimulating collagen remodeling and improving tone, elasticity, and natural moisture from the inside out. The treatment is non-hormonal, non-surgical solution to the tissue changes most women experience as estrogen declines, and a natural complement to Emsella's muscular work.

The Xena Health Treatment Plan

How the Treatments Work Together

Each session is sequenced intentionally. Our Care team designs your treatment plan around your goals, whether that's restoring pelvic floor function after childbirth or menopause, addressing vaginal tissue changes, or both together as one integrated system.

01
EmFemme 360

Restore the Tissue

Short and comfortable RF-based vaginal rejuvenation sessions that improve tissue tone, moisture, and sensation by stimulating collagen remodeling. A standard initial series is 3 sessions, spaced 1-2 weeks apart, with no downtime between visits.

02
Emsella

Restore the Foundation

28-minute seated sessions delivering 11,000 pelvic floor contractions. A strong, functional pelvic floor amplifies the tissue work of EmFemme. Together they address the muscular and tissue dimensions of pelvic health. Recommended 6 sessions over 3 weeks.

03
Maintenance

Sustain Your Results

Maintenance visits every 6–12 months preserve the gains. Tissue and pelvic floor health are dynamic. Periodic touch-ups keep the system responsive without restarting from baseline. Cherie tailors your maintenance cadence to your symptoms, hormonal status, and goals.

For Patients

Is This For You?

Who benefits most, and what to expect if you decide to begin.

Who Benefits Most

Pelvic Health treatments are designed for women navigating the structural and tissue changes of midlife, postpartum recovery, or both. These issues are generally left unaddressed and untreated by conventional medicine. Pelvic floor treatments can remedy a variety of challenges, including:

  • Perimenopause & menopause: Pelvic floor and vaginal tissue weaken as estrogen declines, commonly paired with HRT.
  • Postpartum recovery: Restore muscular and tissue integrity beyond what conventional recovery offers.
  • Stress urinary incontinence: Emsella restores neuromuscular control where Kegels alone haven't been enough.
  • Vaginal dryness or atrophy: Non-hormonal tissue restoration for patients who can't or prefer not to use estrogen.
  • Reduced intimate sensation or comfort: Non-invasive path to tone, moisture, and renewed sensation,
  • Pelvic floor issues affecting daily life: Low back pain, core instability, exercise limitations.

What to Expect

During your consultation, we’ll review the details of pelvic floor treatments. Here are further details of what to expect from each treatment:

  • Session count: For EmFemme treatments you’ll have 3 sessions spaced 3–6 weeks apart. For Emsella treatments you’ll have 6 sessions over 3 weeks. Many patients schedule both treatments in the same in clinic visit.
  • Results timing: Pelvic control begins to improve 2–3 weeks after your first treatment. Tissue improvements begin 4–8 weeks after your first treatment. Results continue for 3 months after your final session.
  • Compatible with HRT: Both the EmFemme and Emsella treatment can be combined with HRT. In fact, for ideal results we recommend both.
  • How EmFemme feels: The gentle radio frequency creates warmth and is comfortable with no downtime between sessions.
  • vs. Kegels: Emsella's HIFEM® reaches contraction intensity that voluntary effort cannot
  • What to wear: Emsella: fully clothed in chair. EmFemme: internal applicator in a private clinical setting
